1996 Ford Taurus 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic

What does Manufacturer Specific Code P1120 mean (my car failed emissions for that reason)? What does MIL KOER mean? My car failed. And what does MIL Command Status mean? My car failed.

The code is for a throttle position sensor. MIL KOER is Maintainence Indicator Light Key On Engine Running. MIL command status is that the PCM commanded the MIL on. I would clear code and see if the code comes back. HTH.
