1996 Ford Taurus 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive 154000 miles

drive pulley is free wheeling and does not turn the other critical components. does it have a clutch and how do i fix it. (removal instructiuon)

Raise and support vehicle. Remove right front wheel assembly. Remove right splash shield. Remove accessory drive belt. Remove crankshaft pulley retaining bolt and washer. Remove crankshaft pulley. Using Crankshaft Damper Remover (T58P-6316-D), remove crankshaft damper from crankshaft.
