I just bought this car for my son. I have two questions. There is a hum in the steering wheel mainly noticeable when car is sitting at a stopped postion. Also, there is keyless entry buttons and the people I bought it from didnt know what the code was. I read in the manual that the code is on the computer module. Where is that on the car? Any help would be appreciated.

Th noise is most likely the power steering pump, those Fords are famous for it. Which module? the PCM or the Anti-theft ?

The code will be on the keyless entry module, on the package tray in the trunk for the sedan, and usually on the left rear wheelwell under the trim panel in the wagon model... also i believe it is on top of the pcm unit itself.. worse comes to worse the dealer can pull the code from the pcm for a fee, I've looked thru all my books, i can't find the procedure to do it..
