Changed battery, altenator and, tension binder?, airbag light flashes 5 2. Altenator fuse keeps blowing.

this AIR BAG code is battery low volts and to check battery and charging system
battery new alternator was replaced
fuse keep on blowing
was the fuse blowing before the replacement of the alternator
check wiring for short to ground
