1995 Ford Taurus oil pressure switch

I have found that the plastic part of this assembly is ( oil pressure sensor )causing my terrible oil leak. My question is, what is the easiest way of getting this part off, and replacing it.

Buy another switch it should be less than $10 to do so
unscrew the old switch and replace
