1995 Ford Taurus abnormal tire wear plus vibration

any speed above 55 the car vibrates, below 25 it more or less rocks left to right. To top it off my tires are wearing down weird. just had it aligned. could my problem be tie rod?

could be tie rod .. could be bad bushes .. have the steering and suspension checked !
