Electrical problem
1995 Ford Taurus 6 cyl 144000 miles

'95 Taurus 3.8 dying after 20 to 45 min. driving. Worse on hot days, has happened on cooler days. Two mechanics unable to recreate the problem - it set no codes.
I replaced the 'ignition control module' and 'fuel filter' - no improvements.
When it dies, it usually just shuts off, but on a couple of occasions it stumbled a little bit before dying. There is pressure at the fuel rail immediately after dying and when it is cranked I can hear the fuel pump cycle and there is spark at spark plugs. I do not have access to test equipment to determine if the spark is right or if the fuel pressure is enough.
After 5-15 minute it will restart and run until it heats everything up again. When it restarts it acts like it's flooded for a few seconds.
This car runs very well when it's not doing this stunt.
Thank you for any help.
