1994 Ford Taurus no power to injectors on 94 taurus gl 3.8l

have a 94 taurus gl 3.8l that will not start. i have spark, and the right fuel pressure on the fuel rail. i have no voltage to the injectors. i have replaced the distributor and the relay module but still no luck. any ideas where else the problem could be?

Check and test the PCM power relay at the CCRM on center of upper radiator support
