1994 Ford Taurus driver side lock mechanism

What is the going price for fixing the lock mechanism in the driver's door? The only way to open the car is to go in from the passenger side and depress the "unlock." I can work with that if I have to, but it would be nice to have it fixed. I don't want to get ripped off.

DOOR HANDLE - Remove & Replace - Outer,Front,Each 1.2
DOOR LATCH - Remove & Replace - Front,Each 1.0
DOOR LOCK CYLINDER - Remove & Replace - Each 1.2
DOOR LOCK SWITCH - Remove & Replace - One 0.5
DOOR TRIM PANEL - Removal & Installation - Front,Each 0.7

As I don't the extent of the faulty door, I listed all hours applicable. Keep in mind that these are labor only, as parts prices vary by locality.
