How do I replace the car cigarette lighter socket?

It works for the lighter part but it sparks and melts chargers I try to put in it.

If the cigarette light working and bushed the heating element in it ,
its heating it up
I would have check the plug that you are trying to use


the inner shell spin off to be removed
