While the driver's side door lock works well on inside operations such as using automatic lock/unlock button and unlock knob, it doesn't work with manual key lock/unlock operation. When I turn the key, it just turns without any resistance/clicking and nothing happens.

How should I fix? Thank you for your help in advance.

The control rod inside the door, or if the lock spins all the way around, it could be no good, or the clip that holds it. Trim panel removal and inspection is needed.
