There is a control regulator mounted inside the driver door panel that buzzes, and will not allow the car to start. When you push on the window buttons it stops buzzing but still will not start. About 2 years ago the part was replaced and the car was fine until recently. Part was replaced again but did not fix the problem this time. The car has spark from the coil and module. Battery has been replaced along with the alternator also. What is making this module buzz and causing the car to not start or stall.

Im not aware of any module in the door that will cause a no start for that year but have you checked for fuel pressure? I would be leaning towards no power to pump or faulty pump

No we have not checked fuel pressure yet, we were leaning towards that but the buzzing from this module in the door was throwing us off. The seats, windows will not work at all and the car will not start. Maybe two seperate problems? Will check fuel pressure and let you know.
