Well ithout driving the car the first thing that comes to mind is a faulty idle air control valve. This valve is controlled by the computer to maintain a idle under all conditions and they fail all the time, they are inexpensive so I would start there

I have suspected that and now I will try just that and thank you for the advise, I will keep you posted if it resolves the problem, just one more think that is worth metioning, would a ground wire make this problem I have discribed, because I replaced the radiator few moths ago and just looking under the car I found a loose ground wire that I may have missed when I installed new radiator, also I noticed that the fan is not coming on unless a/c is on.

Thank again for your service.
