1993 Ford Taurus slipping

My sis car is slipping in drive and over drive. Low 1 and reverse are fine I changed the filter and its still doing it help im lost

Take it to a locally-owned reliable trans repair shop, some will perform rudimentary diagnositic tests for free or small charge. Unfortunately the ax4s trans is a known troublemaker. If those are original miles, that's a good life for that trans.
