I have a 93 Ford Taurus. The cooling fan have stopped working. Also when turning off the ignition the car will continue to run. To stop the car I can remove the 60 amp fuse that controls the cooling fans and the car will then shut off. I have replaced the ccrm and it continue to happen. The car starts and runs fine I just cannot shut it off at the ignition without removing the fuse? I can actually remove the key from the ignition while its running. The ignition has recently been replaced.

Clean out the throttle plate could be sticking open and also misadjusted idle speed
