1993 Ford Taurus I tryed installing a new CD deck need trou

Ok so I pulled stock stero and wired up the new harnesses to the new cd player and installed it but I made the mistake of not taking off the negitive on the batter so unistalled it put stock one in and dont work or interior lights. And the fuses are good. What do I do?

Check you fuses again. If the radio AND the interior lights don't work, it is the fuses.
