When I turn ign. key to on position, I normally hear a relay click, then fuel pump come on for a moment, then I turn to start. Engine would start and run normal. Recently I've had a series of issues, car stalling, and won't restart but will crank. Now it is worst. When I turn key to on pos. radiator fan comes on, but engine won't start, but sometimes it does start if fan does not come on first. I've had all these items relaced with same but intermittent issues. Battery,distributor/ign.module, EGR valve, constant control relay module, ign. switch, fuel pump/filter, idle control module, Dist. cap-rotor cap-plugs-wires,gas tank cleaned, fuel cut off switch, had alarm sys. removed, car did run after all this, but same. Can you help, what am I missing.

Check the ECT(engine coolant temp sensor), it controls both the fan and the choke effect for the cold start.
