1993 Ford Taurus air bag light flashes

I have a 1993 Ford 6 cyl 3.8 engine and the air bag light keeps flashing three times stops then flashes one time then it starts over again Ford dealer dosent know what this is as there is no code that small Any ideas? How do I fix it? Thanks
