Could be fuel pressure loss. Try this:

When you go to start the car, only turn the key to the "ON" position. Listen for the fuel pump to run and then stop. Turn the key back to "off" and repeat this several times before trying to start. If it starts more easily, then your problem is fuel pressure loss. This could be from a leaky injector or injectors, a fuel pressure regulator, or the pump itself.
