1991 Ford Taurus 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Today i started my car and it made a rough noise and it even vibrated a little, the noise lasted about 20-30 seconds then stopped, right after i was driving and it beeped about 4-5 times then stopped and about 20 seconds later it beeped again
