1990 Ford Taurus 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I installed a new radiator about a month ago because the side plastic was cracked. Now the other side of the radiator plastic cracked and is leaking. I installed a new cap when I put the new radiator in. Why did it crack again?

could be a s***** radiator to put it bluntly.

try a metal one if possible. are your issolators on it? could be rubbing or hiting something and cracking. or too much stress form overtightenign it or missing the issolators.
