1989 Ford Taurus No lights, tail lights

All of the lights will work, radio won't, anything electrical. Not burned. Changed bulbs.

Also where is the thermostat for the radiator at?

Check fuses
turn car on and turn lights on , use a test light or volt meter check fuses

thermostat :
follow the upper radiator to the engine and thermostat housing
