NO COOLING FANS. aLSO NO HEAT. TEMP GUAGE SHOWS NORMAL, BUT OVERHEATS.

Unplug the fan connector, run wires from the battery to the connector and see if the fan works, if it does, it's possible that one of the two relays in the power distribution center needs replacing, or the ECT, if you are overheating and the gauge shows normaol, temp sending unit is NG. If the car has A/C, turn it on, does the fan come on?
