1998 Ford Station Wagon temperature running to high

Engine Cooling problem
1998 Ford Station Wagon 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I have changed my termostat, flushed radiator, and changed radiator cap. but I'm still loosing coolent through the resavor due to high pressure. what could be my problem.

if the coolant fan is coming on i would suspect a bad head gasket or a plugged radiator
