Ford startup problems

Sometimes it fires, so I changed coil, pickup coil, ECM has power coming off it. Checked and cleaned EGR.
problem did not go away. When it does fire it runs good for a few seconds then starts running rough. (Help)

I am assuming that you have no spark. Check items in picture both should have at least 90% of battery voltage. If none at module then it may be a bad ignition switch. See pictures module may be bad. Also, never disconnect cylinders number one or eight while testing or running.
