Won't start

99 Ranger 4cyl 100k miles. Won't start but clicks rapidly. Lights, radio and all electrical seem to work fine.

Check all your connections and the wires on the starter make sure the battery fully charge if not sure get a jump
Check the relay
try to tap on the starter
