I am replacing the a/c system in a 99 Ford Ranger (4.0 V6), but I don't know where the orifice tube is located. I can't find the old one & can't replace it w/the new one.

I did find it- I thought that's where it was, but I cracked that hose open & didn't see the tube, so I figured I was incorrect. Everything kept pointing to that as the place, so I looked again & the old tube was jamed back on the evaporator side & I couldn't see it, but I felt it & pulled it out.

Thanks
