lights problem

92 ford ranger
I have no intrument panel lights or tail lights, both fuses are good.
headlights work fine
brake and indicator lights work.
I am wondering if the headlight switch is the problem? Or is there some other posiibility?

well, i would start checking the switch probably has a faulty contact...
