Horn problem

i have a 1995 ford ranger 2 door
and my horn stop wroking
i opened my hood today and then my friend pushed the horn button on my steering weel and i could hear some clicking in the main fuse box thats in the hood
anyone have suggestions?
and where does horn located i couldnt find it

need a horn
they stick them in the fender behind head light

need a horn

is it on the drivers side or passanger?
because i have something thats making lots of noise when you go over bumps in the drivers side fender and i cannot find the problem
