The radiator coolant next to the windshield
washer tank is empty, can that be a problem?
Also, my son took a 10 amp fuse out of the
truck to try it on another car and can't remember
where he took it from. How do I replace the
fuse in the right spot. I think it belongs to the
lights behind the heat and air controls but I
don't know for sure.

IT there coolant in the Radiator? You do need to add some to the reservior in a 50/50 mix. Take it up to the middle of the high/low marks.

Since your son created the problem, have HIM, match the diagrams to the fuse box and check every slot that should have a 10 amp fuse in it. When the one that has an empty slot is found, he can return it to that slot.
