door locks

why does the passanger door not lock or unlock automatically

i have 98 ranger and when i baught it, locks also didnt work. after looking around i took the lock switches out of the door panel and the power connecters on the bottom of the switch were so corroded just like a battery gets that they needed cleaned and after cleaning i had no prob. so maybe you should try
