can i change 14 inch wheels to 15 inch on 1997 ford ranger

i have 1997 ford ranger with 14 inch wheels. can i change to 15inch from 2000 ranger

As long as the wheel wells dont rub the tires you should be all set make sure there is enough clearance when the wheel is turned as well plus check to make sure the bolt pattern matches the new wheels.
