When i first start my truck in the morning it runs great with a little high idle but has full power as far as performance... But when and as it warms up the power drops terribly. i am only getting 10 mpg. i have taken it the shop and they said it was spark plugs and wires so they replaced them... i have replaced many parts and still no improvement please let me know something i have ran out of ideas

Lacking the get up and go could be one of the following:

Oxygen sensor
Catalytic converter
Dirty fuel injectors (cleaning the injectors often fixes this).
Bad MAP (manifold absolute pressure) sensor
Bad TPS (throttle position) sensor
Bad or dirty MAF (mass airflow) sensor
Low fuel pressure (leaky fuel pressure regulator or weak fuel pump)
Vacuum leaks (intake manifold, vacuum hoses, throttle body, EGR valve)
Bad gasoline (fuel contaminated with water or too much alcohol)

Sometimes, what feels like a hesitation is actually ignition misfire rather than lean misfire. The causes of ignition misfire may include:

Dirty or worn spark plugs
Bad plug wires
Weak ignition coil
Wet plug wires
