Where do you feel the vibration the most in the steering or the seat? Does it only happen when you accelerate or any time?

It vibrates the whole vehicle, but not particularly the stearing or accelerator pedel. When I sprayed some penetrating oil on the two universal joints on the drive shaft the vibration has decreased or possible gone away completely.
