Plenty of fuel. Plenty of spark. Low compression. Misfire on number 4, 5, 6. Runs good cold until it warms up.

If all the cylinders on that bank have low compression. I would do a wet compression test. This is done by adding a small amount of oil into the cylinders with low compression. If the compression goes up then you have a piston to bore issue. If it stays the same you may have a valve sealing issue.
