Vibration damper or the pulley on the crank busted.How much money am i looking at to get it fixed. Please reply !

one of them pullys run a bout 50 dollars it takes a shop to change one in a hour

the shop ups the parts price to 60 to make money and charges 35 dollars an hour

looking at almost 100 dollars when it all done thats if they can do it in a hour
