The truck was running fine, came home, parked, 30 minutes later it wont crank over. Battery seems good, has a green light, 12.67 volts, alt light has never come on. Electrical system acting strange now. When I turn the key to "on" position sometimes the dash lights and gages work, sometimes not. Radio will work in acc. but not on "on" position. I had the door open, the dome light was on, I tried the blinker and the dome light started blinking. I can hear some relays clicking when I try to start it, but it wont crank over.

try jump starting it and cleaning battery terminals. just becasue the battery has 12v it doesnt mean it has enough amperage in it to start the truck.
