2004 Ford Ranger fuel filter

I was told it takes a special tool to disconnect the
fuel line from the fuel filter to the engine.
Can you briefly tell me how to replace my filter.

is it aspring lock couping or a duck bill connector?

if you can take a pictureof it and post on here i would be able to tell you, or if you have a friend that can tell you?

if you dont know ill tell you how to do each type.
