Recently I noticed a rattling sound from what sounds like a fan, from underneath the passanger side dash, when I turn up the fan. I do not know a lot about trucks but could it be a loose belt or a small fan blade giving out?

Sound's like you have something stuck in your blower fan cage throwing it off balance or a bearing going out in the blower motor.
