2003 Ford Ranger poor gas milage

Engine Performance problem
2003 Ford Ranger 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

Only get 10 to 11 mpg. Had tune up new plugs, plug wires, fuel injector cleaning and mass air flow sensor cleaning, but gas mileage has not improved. I am not getting any check engine light. Can anyone give me a possible solution or fix for the problem?

It is most likely caused by a bad O2 sensor. Is the truck running good? Does it have good power?
