2003 Ford Ranger Idle

My truck started acting funny on the idle and then the check engine lite can on. I checked the codes and replaced all of the o2 sensors. The lite came back on and now it is running lean. The idle jumps all over the place. When it is running down the road it runs fine, no loss of power. What can cause ths?

I'd check the Idle Air Control Motor bolted to the intake.
