I've just replaced one of the heads on my 03 ford ranger 3.0 . Its started & ran perfect after the installation however the next day it died while driving down the highway and will not restart. There seems to be plenty of fuel pressure. Coil, plugs & wires are new as well. Any suggestions where to start?

Hi there,

Thank you for the donation,

Check for spark, fuel pressure, fuel flow, injection pulse and see if there are any unresolved fault codes in the ECU, report back your findings for further assistance.
