The passenger turn signal blinks rapidly, suggesting that lamp is out. No, front and rear were replaced. The tailights work, but the passenger side will not intensify for brakelight. The 3rd and driver brakelights are fine. Same bulbs which intensify for brakes. All applicable fuses and lamps were found to be fine but replaced just to be sure. Horn extremely weak also. 3/4 of dashlights are out. My br.-in-law has a 1982 Ranger with no electrical problems, why did my 2000 and now my 2002 have issues?
