2002 Ford Ranger 6 cyl Automatic 52000 miles

This is a 4 wheel drive. Bank 1&2 are running lean and misfiring, Any suggestions?

Massive air leak. Listen for the hiss. Look at intake hoses going to PCV valve system and if 4.0 v-6 and recent work has been done, the EGR has a o-ring that becomes disloged easily
