2002 Ford Ranger clutch

I've been losing pressure in the clutch pedal, checked the resevoir and it was a little low, so I added fluid. It just keeps getting worse. Do I need to bleed the system? Do I need to replace the master cylinder or the slave cylinder?

Bleed the slave-pressure don't increase-rebulid the clutch master cylinder or replace it.
