The truck has had intermittent belt noise for a while that would last a couple of days and then stop. About two months ago it got worse so I put a belt conditioner on it. The noise came back again so I replaced the belt. After about 100 miles the noise came back and it makes a clicking/clunking noise.

Get a good look at the tensioner, possibly going bad. It may not be giving enough tension. Also cke the idler pulley for any play while your there.
