I was rear ended the other day, and it wasted my rear bumper, but now my bed is slightly out allignment with the cab. I looked at the frame rails and I can't see any damage to them, and the truck drives fine. Is there a degree of adjustability in the mounting of the bed, that could have been knocked off by the impact?

it could have elongated the mounting bolts from the impact or bent the box. loosen up the bolts and see if you can straighten it.
