Headlights are on low beam in high beam or flash to pass. Headlights are on high beam when they should be low. EXACTLY BACKWARDS. Just purchased truck . Headlight bulbs are Sylvania 9007. Wirig does not appear to have been altered. Should I just reverse the wires to the bulbs?
