2001 Ford Ranger shift problems

I have an 01 ford ranger,automatic...somehow my rangers has problems shifting gears by itself when i take off from a stop,also the overdrive light is on on my gauge

I try the most common thing, change the transmission fluid and have it flushed and the filter changed
