I have had the fuel filter changed on my ranger , had the fuel injectors cleaned, inew spark plugs and wires t still runs rough at idle
and in park will not reach over 3000 rpms when you push the accelerator

Could be the catalytic converter clogged-up do a backpressure test on the exhaust system to rule it out.
